Sheikh Nazrul, a Well-known humanitarian poet and popular Lyricist in Bangladesh. He is an innovative composer of Rhyme and prose. He is the author of more than 51 books of poems, Rhymes, prose and others. He has 500 Lyrics in his credit.
16 Nov, Sheikh Nazrul was born at the village of Jagannathpur of Debhata upazilla and the district of Satkhira. His Father Late Nurul Islam was a School Teacher and Mother Rashida Khanum a Social Worker. He has begged devoted by his study of poetry from the boyhood, besides his academic activities.
In 1997, in his first poem as ‘Ekti Jibon brittanto ebong ekadhik mrittu’ was published in the daily Banglabazar despite having start writing of poetry in his only 14 years of age. His first book of verse ‘Jotokkhon Tumi Madhabi’ is published with 43 poems and poetry. From the beginning he chooses the subjects to his poetry as socialism and humanity.

Sheikh Nazrul ia an Innovative Lyricist, he has 500 and above lyric and song recorded and published various platforms including his own YouTube channel HM Voice
Sheikh Nazrul was honoured with Sher-e-Bangla Gold Award(1993), Kabi Sangsad Award(2008), Columnist Award(2009), Jatio Kobita Porishad Award (2009), Swadhinota Foundation Award(2012), Momtaj Sahittya Award(2020) for his creative works.
Sheikh Nazrul Visited United States, Japan, China, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Belgium and India for attend Literary Seminar.
